Asian Games Operations Coordinator
Under the direction of the on-duty Operations Shift Manager, ensures overall quality of guest service and integrity of the Asian Games floor operations. Coordinate, monitor, and appraise on-duty Asian Games Team Members to the on-duty Operation Shift Manager. Ensure compliance to state gaming regulations, Asian Games, and company policies and procedures. Assists in the resolution of gaming disputes, Team Member issues and guest conflicts. Maintain a comfortable, safe, friendly environment for guests and Team Members and positive gaming experience for players.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of five (5) years experience in California gaming industry preferred.
-High school diploma. College degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Will act as host to ensure a positive guest experience. Assist the Asian Games Coordinator in monitoring the gaming floor to ensure a positive gaming experience for players; communicate with other Team Members of customer service needs. Assist the Asian Games Operations Coordinator in monitoring the integrity of gaming activities and protecting games from detrimental activities.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of two (2) years guest service experience.
-High school diploma.
