As a Senior Account Director, you expertly manage and grow client relationships. Clients describe you as an expert and trusted advisor—and you use engaging leadership to develop those senior level client relationships. Overall profitability of the business and client satisfaction is on your shoulders—but you have that covered. Most importantly, you’re a leader to internal, multidisciplinary teams who can motivate a team to deliver successful web-based campaigns and programs.
You will:
Manage account financials, including revenue and profitability.
Develop and deliver organic growth within accounts.
Provide clients and internal team with strategic direction.
Achieve positive results through web-based campaigns and programs.
Deliver metrics on the overall quality of the client relationship and deliverables.
Ensure all Statements Of Work (SOW) are documented, accurate, and implemented.
Foster relationships within the Client Services team.
Mentor and coach team members while motivating and leading overall project teams.
Define and implement best practices throughout an account.
Contribute to overall development of the Client Services department.
You have:
8-12 years of Client services experience in a marketing, advertising, online media, or management consulting discipline
Experience with fast-paced environment and working with complex clients to deliver annual services revenues in excess of $5MM.
Understanding of Media, CRM, content management, analytics, digital marketing, ecommerce, database marketing, relationship marketing, and internet technologies
Proven competencies in managing complex teams and client relations as well as integrated agency model -
Experience formulating and driving long-term strategic account plans, strategies, and roadmaps.
Ability to react quickly, assess, and implement solutions.
Advanced negotiation, communication, writing, and organization skills with an outstanding attention to detail.
Leadership skills and the ability to work with a distributed team.
Interact with others using tact and good judgment.
Telecom experience a plus
