Position Overview:
Seeking a customer-oriented File Manager to join **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. Collaborate with various departments, including sales, production, insurance, supplementing companies, accounting, homeowners, and property management. Must be dedicated, driven, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Manage customer accounts, collect payments, and ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Responsible for making calls to obtain necessary information and act as liaison between sales and production
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, account management, or file management is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
