Strauss Media Strategies, Inc. for many years has maintained an active internship program for students interested in pursuing a career in PR, communications, media studies and other related disciplines.
Our interns work intimately with Strauss Media Strategies account executives and managers in a hands-on environment that provides real world experience.  We take seriously our responsibility to provide our interns with a meaningful experience in a supportive environment.
Interns assist in developing and executing public relations campaigns for our clients. Duties include assisting in telephone pitches, assisting with preparation for client presentations, writing proposals and reports, researching issues, writing audio news releases, writing public service announcements, audio and video recording and editing, general office tasks and other various tasks associated with our business.
Strauss Media Strategies is located in the National Press Building in the heart of downtown Washington and is easily accessible by Metro.  We also offer internship opportunities at our New York office in Manhattan.
