The candidate will be specifically focusing on civil law matters including business, estate planning, probate, patents, trademarks, landlord-tenant, and/or real estate law. Should have prior experience in the field, either as a legal assistant, paralegal, or law clerk with a law firm, either performing transactional and/or litigation-related work. Must be a law school graduate, currently enrolled in law school, or seeking admission in law school in the near future.
