Description
The Associate Director, Automation Engineering identifies and implements solutions (hardware and software) for improvement of the high-quality intelligent automation services. The Associate Director, Automation Engineering requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
Responsibilities
The Associate Director, Automation Engineering designs, programs, simulates, and tests intelligent automated processes, and is responsible for detailed design specifications and other documents. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
You will consistently deliver quality intelligent automation services and solutions. Support our platforms and maintaining, operationalizing new capabilities on the platform. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Act as an integrator between the business needs and technology solutions keeping TCO in perspective. Financial Management & Resourcing responsibilities handling budgets and resource allocations. Assess automation opportunities from a functional and technical perspective and design enterprise-grade solutions that are efficient, scalable and maintainable. Identify risks early and work on mitigation plans.
You will own the platforms being leveraged for RPA and Cognitive automations. Involves expanding capabilities on the platform, support and troubleshooting, maintaining platform roadmaps, performance, SLA. Escalation point for issues/feature requests.
The role also will lead resources that support out Citizen Development efforts ensuring training support, development support and governance for creating, maintaining and ensuring adherence to standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
6 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of management experience
Demonstrated experience in automation technologies.
Familiarity with Cognitive capabilities in Cloud Platforms - AWS/Azure/Google.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Masters's degree in Statistics or Computer Science, Engineering
Experience in Platform Ownership
Experience with Automation Anywhere, Workfusion.
Additional Information
