Asian Games Dealer-Must deal effectively and efficiently all games assigned while maintaining positive attitude. Maintain focus, attention, and compliance to table gaming activities and procedures including the security of table tray amounts.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of two (2) years exposure to California gaming.
-Extensive training in dealing techniques, policies and procedures.
-Minimum two (2) years casino and customer relations experience.
-Effective communication and customer service skills.
-Good hand and eye dexterity.
-Excellent mathematics/numerical aptitude.
Assistant Asian Games Operations Coordinator-Will act as a host to ensure a positive guest experience. Assist the Asian Games Coordinator in monitoring the gaming floor to ensure a positive gaming experience for players; communicate with other Team Members of customer service needs. Assist the Asian Games Operations Coordinator in monitoring the integrity of gaming activities and protecting games from detrimental activities.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of two (2) years guest service experience.
-High school diploma.
