McDowell Rice Smith & Buchanan, a Plaza law firm, is currently seeking a full-time receptionist to be “the face of the firm”. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering and directing incoming calls and visitor’s inquiries, tracking arrivals and departures of all employees, scheduling conference rooms for meetings and providing some administrative support to the firm. Personality characteristics we value for this position include being friendly, sociable, reliable, diplomatic, discreet, professional, calm, patient, and ability to multitask. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
