Job Summary
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Frontline Experience Design Team is a collaborative, in-house design team, concepting and prototyping the best ideas into accessible experiences for our employees. We transform customer service and sales through research, innovation, empathetic design, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for copywriting and ideation for Company web-based and x-platform products, marketing campaigns and general U/X messaging. Works closely with project leads and business owners as well as other internal members and vendors, devising smart, intuitive experiences, Expert verbal, written and organizational skills, with leadership capability. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Constructs themes and methods and any changes that should be made in advertising copy.
Writes copy for internet media to promote the sale of goods and services.
Edits or rewrites existing copy as necessary and submits copy for approval by supervisor. Presents drafts and ideas to Online Editing supervisor.
Changes language and tone of messages based on product and medium.
Consults with sales, media and marketing representatives to obtain information on products or services and discusses style and length of advertising copy.
Works with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Project Mgmt. etc.).
Writes online articles and announcements and other related informative marketing and promotional materials.
Invents names for products and writes the company branding that appears on packaging, brochures and other promotional material.
Reviews advertising trends, consumer surveys and other data regarding marketing of goods and services to determine the best way to promote products.
Writes to deliver smart, compelling U/X journeys and clear, well-explained marketing copy.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

National Pay Range: $50,235.80 USD-$117,740.15 USD
