You will provide on-going branding and marketing direction to franchisees, agencies and partners. You will focus efforts toward building sales, customer counts and market share nationally and locally. You will work to define short-term and long-term strategies and to execute multiple marketing communication platforms throughout the year. With support from the Assistant Brand Manager, you will work to execute marketing u0026amp; promotional plans, test markets, partnership opportunities, and local marketing (LSM) activations with alignment of internal cross functional partners and our franchisees.u003c/pu003eu003cpu003eu003cbru003eu003cstrongu003eHow You’ll Make an Impact:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eExecute the national marketing calendar, including all creative, development, media planning, cross functional collaboration, and communication, including post analysis.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eDevelops product creative briefs for creative agency rooted in consumer insights.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eLead end-to-end Canadian digital campaign strategy, development, and execution in partnership with agency partners to support the direct-to-consumer channels. This includes all third-party delivery channels.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eAnalyze all digital marketing channels, including third party delivery and KPI’s to report results to leadership and other key stakeholders, expanding the digital to drive reach and brand awareness, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eManage campaigns and calendars focused on paid search, paid social, email marketing, third party delivery promotions and CRM.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eManages cross functional process to ensure flawless go to market execution, including working with finance, operations, supply chain, and internal stakeholders and leadership.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eDevelop strategies and tactics appropriate to the respective country and global brand positioning to ensure local relevance of the brand and ensures franchisee compliance to brand standards.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eRecommends strategic direction of product related occasions and test opportunities to Marketing leadership.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eMonitors sales to diagnose trends or further understand where fortification can be added to business occasions.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eConduct analysis including survey of competitor’s pricing/products and market demographics. Provide recommendations on future activities based on analytics and experience.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eProvide support in effective communication of marketing strategies through written communication, franchisee and regional meetings and regular follow-up.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eActively seek opportunities for synergies among assigned country and other international markets.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eManage the development and approval of locally designed and produced materials, including local adaptations of materials from other markets. This may be done directly or through franchisee staff.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eLead the development and support for grand opening plans based upon recommended strategies and expectations.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eProvide input and recommendations for annual international budgeting process regarding economic and competitive conditions in assigned markets/region, forecasted sales levels and similar aspects of the region.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eAble to think strategically and broadly about the overall business to proactively identify issues and opportunities for the brand.u003c/liu003eu003c/ulu003eu003cpu003eu0026nbsp;u003c/pu003eu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eWho You Are:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eBachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related degree.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003e5 - 7 year’s proven experience developing and executing marketing plans in Canada and throughout the region.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eMinimum Three (3) years managing digital and social strategies and activations.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eExperience in QSR, Franchising/LSM or Food service an asset.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eKnowledge of store operations, customer service and internal departmental processes would be considered an asset.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eLeadership u0026amp; strong influence skills with ability to lead a divergent franchisees and senior management through influence and persuasion.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eAbility to work independently and as part of a team.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eExcellent project management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task with several priorities.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eFlexibility, high-energy level, drive for results attitude.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eAbility to analytically/statistically evaluate print, broadcast, Local Store Marketing effectiveness, overall sales and competitive trends.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eEvidence of strong interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eDemonstrated effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), with the ability to convey facts and ideas clearly to both individuals and large groups.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eProven analytical expertise and problem-solving skills, using sound business judgment and experienceu003c/liu003eu003cliu003eEvidence of planning, prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.u003c/liu003eu003c/ulu003eu003cpu003eu003cbru003eu003cstrongu003eWhere You’ll Work:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eHome-office based.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eTravel through United States, assigned markets, and other countries 10-20% of the time as necessary,u0026nbsp;u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eYou will be required to work non-traditional hours (weekends, evenings, etc.) as needed.u003c/liu003eu003c/ulu003e,
