Job Summary
Responsible for creating and managing reporting related to complete life cycle of moderately-to-highly complex projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time. Tracks budgets, timelines and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracks critical project achievements. Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in supporting government programs. Demonstrated experience creating and managing reporting and compliance elements related to professional services, technology and infrastructure milestones, and R&D programs in the Federal space is a must. A successful history of delivery of program elements through strategic partnerships of vendor and government agencies required. Experience in matrix managing team of stakeholders on key contractual reporting deliverables.
Job Description
The Manager, Project Reporting has primary responsibility for providing accurate and reliable reports that depict the project's status, activities, accomplishments, and challenges. Under the supervision of the Federal PMO leader, the MPR is responsible for collecting and examining data from weekly field reports and compiling it into a series of reports for distribution to stakeholders. The PRO will also assist in creating and maintaining a series of fact sheets, slide presentations, program highlights, success stories, risk areas associated with customer and contractual deliverables.
Primary Job Functions:
Collects, organizes, and compiles field data into a series of reports that are distributed on a timely basis as outlined in contractual agreements related to program.
Monitors field project tracking sheets for accuracy and consistency of data;
Assists in collecting field submissions for the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports;
Builds a strong relationship and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure validity and timing of compliance elements, contractual requirements, and data;
Builds a strong relationship with Program team leaders and Contract Manager to ensure timely collection of data per program milestones and deliverables
Utilizes IT applications to extract and present relevant data elements, including Smartsheets, MS Excel and PowerPoint;
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed for Customer and internal stakeholder meetings.
US Citizenship Required
Ability to obtain and maintain aTS level Federal Security Clearance.

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, with a Pay Range of $104,134.81 USD - $163,302.31 USD
