About the role:
The FP&A team at Xperi is responsible for company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. The Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A is responsible for providing leadership with valuable insights into business performance to help drive critical decision-making. This role will facilitate the monthly financial forecast cycle, collaborate with the FP&A team to analyze and manage our operating results, build process improvements to increase forecast efficiency and accuracy, and prepare reporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
The Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A will gain invaluable experience with visibility into organization-wide operations and will create an impact within a growing FP&A team. Leveraging their knowledge of the consolidated financial statements, the senior analyst will work on Board-level reporting deliverables and interface with business leaders. This position will report to the Director of FP&A and will partner closely with other FP&A and Data Analytics team members as well as leadership.
What you will get to do:
Prepare reporting deliverables and presentations to communicate the company’s performance and strategy to executive management and Board of Directors
Partner with the Corporate / G&A organization, including working closely with executive stakeholders to maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts
Annual and long-range financial planning, overall model consolidation and executive presentations
Continually improve Xperi’s financial planning system (Adaptive) the FP&A team’s processes to increase productivity and efficiency
Challenge existing processes and identify data inconsistencies to drive improvements increasing efficiency and accuracy of forecast and reporting
Consolidated P&L reporting, analysis, and partnering with Investor Relations and CFO on guidance
Support strategic and operational initiatives, delivering business insights, and making recommendations for short-term and long-term decisions
Work closely with Accounting & Tax leadership on monthly & quarterly close-related activities
Who we are looking for:
Professional Experience & Qualifications:
3 years of experience with at least 1 year of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
Advanced modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and GAAP accounting concepts
Ability to make well-reasoned FP&A decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and articulate reasoning with stakeholders
Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity and willingness to take ownership of complex problems
Big 4 experience, consulting experience, CPA, or MBA preferred
Knowledge of Netsuite and FP&A systems (Adaptive, power BI) is a plus
Experience using Alteryx or other workflow automation tools is a plus

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $76,078 - $97,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
