The Professional 2, Creative Development coordinates the development of advertising/marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. The Professional 2, Creative Development work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Professional 2, Creative Development applies various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services and brands.
Develops and coordinates multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays).
Involves use of sponsorship, events and sales promotions.
Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Bilingual English, Spanish - Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Demonstrated superior organizational skills to keep track of multiple requests, projects and campaigns in queue.
Possesses high attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with many different departments and functions across the organization.
Demonstrated ability to work on a team and individually while being self-motivated.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office, to ensure you have absolute and continuous privacy while you work.
Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
Experienced in Adobe Design Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Experience in copywriting and/or copy editing.
Travel: Less than 10 % to team meetings/events in Tampa, FL
Typical Work Days & Hours: Mon - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm.

If participating in a pre-recorded interview, you will respond to a set of interview questions via your phone. You should anticipate this interview to take approximately 10-15 minutes.
If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
