ABOUT YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
As the digital communications specialist, you will assist in the development and execution of a digital strategy to reach target audiences that include: current and future team members. As part of the Group Communications Team, you will facilitate the creation, organization, execution, and measurement of digital mediums, including social channels, company website and SharePoint (intranet). Greenheck Group's communications strategy is a critical part of fulfilling the corporate brand's promise and values with the objective of becoming the employer of choice to current and prospective team members in each of the communities we operate.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
*Assists in the planning and development of company-wide communication strategies to meet Greenheck Group's stated goals *Collaborate with group communications team to implement digital tactics tied to overall communication strategies
*Create engaging and timely digital content daily as part of an overall and ongoing digital communication strategy *Create, implement and measure a social media strategy to engage current team members and create a front-door to the Greenheck Group brand for future team members (recruits) ensuring digital communications stay on corporate brand *Align on objectives, timing and budgets, and manages digital projects to the expectations of the project sponsor *Ensure digital communications optimize overall communication goals and measures *Manage the project queue maintaining priorities, timing, and progress reports *Oversee implementation of digital communications such as:
*Social media pages and accounts *GreenheckGroup.com *Careers.Greenheck.Com *Sharepoint (intranet) *Electronic billboards on production/plant floors
*Partner with recruiting team to train recruiters on strategies to enhance online recruitment, manage targeted recruiting (marketing) campaigns, and ensure the Greenheck Group brand is represented across platforms and in digital advertising *Assist in launching a new employer-branded website that represents the full scope of the company, ensuring it proactively communicates the brand promise, our values/culture and position the company as an employer of choice *Ensuring search engine optimization (SEO) for the company's website and careers website *Creating a process to post, monitor and response to current and future team members across online platforms *Provide and maintain digital communications metrics as part of an overall Group communications strategy *Assist internal departments and groups with creating and maintaining pages and information on SharePoint (intranet) *Interpret data and analytics to help provide strategic recommendations for overall communications plan
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
*Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or related discipline. *+5 years of relevant work experience in communications or social media management role *Strong content writing skills *Light graphic design skills
