Duties

• Draft estate plan documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Assist with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on estate, tax, and trust issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex planning strategies.
• Manage client files efficiently.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of law firm experience, preferably in estate planning or tax.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Accurate and strong attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Admitted to and a member in good standing of the CA bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred, but not required.

Certifications

• Member of the California Bar.
