Profile

A law firm based in Miami is seeking a Corporate Partner with expertise in Employee Benefits matters and corporate resolutions. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Membership in the Florida Bar or active pursuit of membership is required, and a portable book of business is highly desirable.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel in the area of Employee Benefits, including defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, 401k plans, and profit-sharing plans.
• Review contracts and corporate resolutions.
• Manage and oversee client matters with precision and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Membership in the Florida Bar or actively pursuing membership.
• 8+ years of experience practicing law in a law firm setting.
• Proven expertise in Employee Benefits matters.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Portable book of business highly preferred.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership in the Florida Bar (required).
• Any additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
