Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance.
• Represent clients in immigration court and at administrative hearings.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Handle client matters efficiently and follow through on projects to completion.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
• Admission to practice law in any US jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in immigration law.
• Strong interest in immigration law and international law.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to attract and close deals with clients.
• Extremely detail-oriented and robust logical reasoning ability.
• Superb persuasive writing skills.
• Efficient execution on client matters.
• Ability to independently review and finalize submission quality petitions.
• Foreign language skills are welcomed but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in any US jurisdiction.
