Job Overview:
A respected Pennsylvania-based law firm is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, providing flexibility and support while handling a broad range of personal injury cases. The successful candidate will represent clients from intake through resolution and may work out of the firm’s Kennett Square, Hazleton, or Reading offices.

Location:

• Kennett Square, PA

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial consultation through settlement or trial

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations

• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and legal strategy

• Collaborate with legal support staff and other attorneys as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in personal injury law preferred

• Ability to handle a full litigation caseload with minimal supervision

• Excellent organizational and case management skills

• Commitment to client service and ethical legal practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania

• In good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Proficient in legal research and case preparation

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking

• Capable of working independently and in a team environment

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus, but not required
