Profile

A law firm is seeking a Corporate Partner with expertise in Employee Benefits matters and corporate resolutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional drafting and communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively. Membership in the Florida Bar or eligibility for membership is required, and a portable book of business is highly desirable.

Duties:

• Handle Employee Benefits matters including defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, 401k plans, and profit-sharing plans
• Review contracts and corporate resolutions
• Manage client relationships and provide legal counsel
• Oversee and mentor junior associates

Requirements:

• Membership in the Florida Bar or eligibility for membership
• Demonstrated expertise in Employee Benefits matters and corporate law
• Proven ability to generate business and maintain client relationships
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• Additional certifications in Employee Benefits law preferred
