Duties:

• Interpret laws, regulations, and legislation, analyze legal data and evidence
• Manage cases from inception to completion
• Conduct comprehensive legal research
• Draft motions, responses, and other legal documents, including complaints and motions for summary judgment
• Review and respond to court and attorney correspondence
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare and handle cases
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in case management and legal documentation

Requirements:

• PA Bar Admission
• 0 to 5 years of experience in civil law practice within Pennsylvania
• Proficient in managing multiple cases and projects
• Strong understanding of PA motion practice
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone manner and ability to interact with clients and colleagues

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Bar License

Skills:

• Legal research and writing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
