Duties

• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations, advocating effectively at each stage.
• Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
• Minimum 2-4 years of employment law experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
