Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain project, client, and vendor information in our databases.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
