Work you'll do

Lead graphic designers to produce successful designs that meet client goals

Collaborate with creative and marketing professionals to deliver engaging and targeted print and digital marketing content

Execute the latest graphic design trends in marketing

Take our clients' complex information and visually simplify it for their audience

Liaise with other delivery specialists to support team delivery excellence

Maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and clients

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive growth of the graphic design team

Qualifications

To ensure success as a graphic designer in our US Delivery Centers, you'll need expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, or other similar software. You should also have proven experience in team leadership and marketing delivery excellence.

Required

Bachelors degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing or a related field

7 years of related work experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field

Experience creating visual designs in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel

Ability to execute design direction and lead innovative, exciting designs while following multiple brand guidelines and creative specifications

Experience with 508 (ADA) compliance with PDF materials a plus; ability to train in and demonstrate proficiency after training

Proven skills in typography, layout, composition, color theory and data visualization

Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative design within tight deadlines

Experience working with teams in a professional services or large matrixed organization a plus

Professional client service manner and ability to interact with all levels of management

Proficiency with project management skills and methodologies

Demonstrated ability to manage and lead design direction on multiple complex projects at once and synthesize direction from many individuals

Self-sufficient with a strong work ethic and ability to manage own and other's deadlines

Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to present and articulate creative decisions directly to the client

A cultivated portfolio of relevant work

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain active public trust and/or security clearance

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be in your designated office location 10%-30% of each work week

Additional U.S. Delivery Center Location Requirements

Must live a commutable distance or be willing to relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA.
