Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to inform case strategy and provide expert legal advice to clients.
• Draft and file legal documents, including discovery motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar; willingness to apply for reciprocal admission to the Maine Bar if relocating.
• Proven experience in family law, including courtroom representation.
• Strong client focus with the ability to build compassionate, communicative, and connected relationships.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a dynamic legal team.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar License in the practicing state.
• Willingness to seek reciprocal admission to the Maine Bar if required.
