OverviewnnMarketing and Events Operations Coordinatorn nPrimary Functions:nThe Marketing and Events Operations Coordinator role is comprised of two areas: events and marketing funds. The Marketing and Events Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end process of event execution, from planning and development to execution, tracking and follow up.  Events may be physical or digital and will take the form of Prolifics-hosted events, third party events via sponsorship, or joint events with partners.  The Marketing and Events Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for the end-to-end processes associated with allocation and usage of MDF (Market Development Funds) available from our various business partners. In this role, you will work closely with vendor partners and the marketing team to ensure we earn available funds, allocate dollars appropriately, track spend and receipt and execute the processes required by our partners to reserve and claim the funds. n nThe Marketing and Events Operations Coordinator reports to the Sr. Manager of Marketing and will work closely with sales and practice leadership.n nEvents Responsibilitiesnn Identify, investigate, and recommend individual events (tradeshows, regional events, etc.) for alignment to desired goals and outcomes. n Work with Sales and Practices to create and maintain a plan for events to execute. This plan should be created annually and kept updated through the course of the year.n Project manage events from planning and development to implementation. This includes coordination and execution of email campaigns, digital advertising, social campaigns, online event registration, digital and print collateral and resource scheduling. Will work collaboratively with Digital Content Manager to ensure support of event content requirements. n Ensure accurate tracking (in Salesforce) of opportunities and leads generated from executed events. Provide guidance to accounting for correct tracking of all Marketing expenses related to Events.n Identify and implement ways to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of event execution.n Create budgets and justification for approval of individual events. Work with the co-funding coordinator to understand and leverage the various partner co-funding programs available to help fund event execution. nn nBudget Responsibilities:nn In coordination with the Sr. Manager Global Marketing, create and maintain a comprehensive view of the overall marketing budget.n Understand the detailed requirements of each MDF program and maintain positive relationships with all associate vendor partner contacts. Understand, operationally, how the MDF program works, and collaborate with sales assistant responsible for entering all of the data, working on reconciliation and POP. n Ensure the necessary steps are followed to earn all MDF for which we are eligible, and to maintain compliance with the programs.nn nKey Performance IndicatorsnThe below metrics should be generated and leveraged by the Marketing Events Coordinator to measure and continuously improve the results of demand generation activities.nn MQLs, SQLs and wins generated as a result of eventsn Adherence to budget for event execution (overall budget)n Receipt of partner co-funding aligned to events and other digital marketing activities (optimal usage of co-funding available to us)nn nRequired Qualifications / Profile: nn College degree preferred but not requiredn Demonstration of achievement, with tenacity and determinationn Articulate, clear, and with ability to communicate adequately in writingn Creative mind, problem solver, can think on feet.n Positive, can-do attitude, team playern Detail-oriented, ability to manage spreadsheetsn Experience with event coordination, or comparable experiencen Experience working with Salesforce and web conferencing platforms preferred but not requiredn
