Duties

• Conduct initial consultations to assess and advise potential clients on financial resolutions.
• Utilize client and document management software to maintain client records.
• Conduct sign appointments and client consultations to resolve case issues.
• Meet production and quality standards to achieve firm goals.
• Draft and edit motions and pleadings for court filings.
• Represent clients at hearings with Trustees and in Bankruptcy Court.
• Perform general office tasks and support firm objectives.
• Create a positive environment for staff and clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
• 0-3+ years of experience in a legal setting.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience in a high-interaction setting.
