Duties:

• Lead complex Class Action lawsuits involving economic injury and mass tort claims

• Develop and execute a case strategy across all phases of litigation

• Oversee legal research, drafting of pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Manage communication with co-counsel, class representatives, experts, and opposing counsel

• Conduct and supervise depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations

• Ensure compliance with all procedural requirements under federal and state class action rules

• Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates and strategic guidance

Requirements:

• Admission to the Colorado Bar

• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in Class Action litigation

• Prior responsibility as lead attorney in significant Class Action or mass tort cases

• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale cases simultaneously

• Strong command of federal and state procedural rules

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and good standing with the Colorado State Bar

Skills:
