The Buckeye Law Group is expanding and we're looking for high-performing, results-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Attorneys to help us continue delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. If you're a litigator who thrives on competition, embraces challenges, and is relentless in the pursuit of justice, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage a litigation caseload from start to finish
• Conduct detailed medical and policy reviews
• Negotiate high-value settlements and push cases through litigation efficiently
• Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and build trust
• Attend and conduct IMEs, EUOs, and recorded statements
• Work closely with support staff and leadership to drive performance
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
• Perform other litigation duties as needed to win cases and support team success

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of high-value settlements
• Exceptional communication and persuasive writing ability
• A competitive mindset and strong organizational discipline
• Confidence in analyzing complex cases and making strategic recommendations
• Proficiency in legal tech, case management tools, and Microsoft Office

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing in Ohio
• Ready and willing to work on-site full-time (no remote/hybrid options)
