Duties:

• Advocate for clients in a variety of domestic relations matters, such as divorce, child custody, parenting time, asset division, and alimony

• Prepare case strategies and draft key legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement proposals

• Conduct thorough legal research and apply insights to active cases

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials

• Deliver clear, empathetic, and strategic counsel to clients throughout their legal journey

• Work in tandem with paralegals and legal assistants to maintain workflow and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma, in good standing

• 2-7 years of focused experience in family law litigation

• Demonstrated courtroom experience, including managing hearings and trials

• High level of personal integrity, discretion, and professionalism

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage a high caseload

• Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
