Pay strong attention to details in drafting court documents. Compile all possible information, evidence, and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation, and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case. Draft demand packages to insurance companies. Negotiate claims, and follow up with clients. Appear in front of a judge for hearings. Conduct mediations. Must be admitted to the California Bar. Prior experience in personal injury is a plus.
