Profile

A law firm based in West Palm Beach is seeking a Corporate Partner with expertise in Employee Benefits matters and corporate resolutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines. Membership in the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one is required, and a portable book of business is highly preferred.

Duties:

• Handle Employee Benefits matters including defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, 401k plans, and profit-sharing plans.
• Review contracts pertaining to corporate transactions.
• Draft and review corporate resolutions.
• Manage client relationships and provide legal advice as needed.

Requirements:

• Membership in the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming a member.
• 8+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Employee Benefits matters.
• Proven track record of handling corporate transactions and resolutions.
• Exceptional drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within deadlines.
• A portable book of business is highly preferred.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Any relevant certifications in Employee Benefits law are a plus.
